|Cancellation: WINTER POLICY: (NOVEMBER-APRIL) If notice of cancellation is received 8 days or more prior to the arrival date, the $30 non-refundable booking deposit, the 25% non-refundable deposit and the trip protection amounts are forfeited. If notice of cancellation is received 0-7 days prior to arrival or the guest is a no show, there is no refund. No refunds on late arrivals, early departures OR due to weather or snow conditions. Mount Snow does have a Snow Guarantee.
SUMMER POLICY: (MAY-OCTOBER) If notice of cancellation is recieved 8 days or more prior to arrival date, the $30 non-refundable booking deposit is forfeited. If notice of cancellation is recieved 3-7 days prior to the arrival date, the $30 non-refundable booking deposit and the 25% deposit is forfeited. If notification of cancellation is received 2 days or less prior to arrival, or if the guest is a no-show there is no refund.
YEAR ROUND: No refunds on late arrivals, early departures OR due to weather conditions. Changes: A change of lodging facility constitutes a cancellation to the first property and the appropriate cancellation penalty will apply. Changes to activities, such as lift tickets, including changes to quantity or start date must be done 48 or more prior to arrival. Mount Snow Central Reservations does offer Trip Protection Insurance.
Deposit: A $30 non-refundable booking deposit is due at the time of booking. A 25% non-refundable deposit is due within 7 days of the booking. If purchasing Trip Protection the full amount is due at this time also. The balance of the reservation is due 21 days prior to the arrival date.
If the guest is booking less than 21 days prior to arrival, the full amount of the package and insurance is due at the time of the booking. Mount Snow Central Reservations will charge the appropriate amount on the due date, unless other arrangements are made in advance. Reservations are paid in full prior to arrival;guests cannot pay cash upon arrival.
Check In: Check in time is 5pm or later during the winter season (Nov. 1 - April 30) and 4pm or later during the summer months (May 1 - Oct 31). Request for early arrivals are accepted when possible but never guaranteed. If you are checking in after the office has closed we will leave your Check In Packet in the locked box outside our office. Please use the phone to dial the 24 hour answering service (the number is posted by the phone). Provide the service with the last name on the reservation and they will give you the combination of the locked box. The Check In Packet includes keys, a map, and guest registration for your signature. If a friend arrives before you, they may pick up the keys by following the same directions. Please have them sign the registration. Please keep in mind that whoever checks in first (be it in the office or after hours) receives the keys and directions, therefore if there are more guests in the party arriving separately at a later time, they should proceed directly to the rental property following the directions provided in your confirmation email when you booked.
Check Out: Check out time is 11am or earlier. If time permits late checkouts may be possible for an extra fee. Unauthorized use of a unit after 11am will result in a charge of $75 per hour.
