Cancellation: WINTER POLICY: (NOVEMBER-APRIL) If notice of cancellation is received 8 days or more prior to the arrival date, the $30 non-refundable booking deposit, the 25% non-refundable deposit and the trip protection amounts are forfeited. If notice of cancellation is received 0-7 days prior to arrival or the guest is a no show, there is no refund. No refunds on late arrivals, early departures OR due to weather or snow conditions. Mount Snow does have a Snow Guarantee.
SUMMER POLICY: (MAY-OCTOBER) If notice of cancellation is recieved 8 days or more prior to arrival date, the $30 non-refundable booking deposit is forfeited. If notice of cancellation is recieved 3-7 days prior to the arrival date, the $30 non-refundable booking deposit and the 25% deposit is forfeited. If notification of cancellation is received 2 days or less prior to arrival, or if the guest is a no-show there is no refund.
YEAR ROUND: No refunds on late arrivals, early departures OR due to weather conditions. Changes: A change of lodging facility constitutes a cancellation to the first property and the appropriate cancellation penalty will apply. Changes to activities, such as lift tickets, including changes to quantity or start date must be done 48 or more prior to arrival. Mount Snow Central Reservations does offer Trip Protection Insurance.
Deposit: A $30 non-refundable booking deposit is due at the time of booking. A 25% non-refundable deposit is due within 7 days of the booking. If purchasing Trip Protection the full amount is due at this time also. The balance of the reservation is due 21 days prior to the arrival date.
If the guest is booking less than 21 days prior to arrival, the full amount of the package and insurance is due at the time of the booking. Mount Snow Central Reservations will charge the appropriate amount on the due date, unless other arrangements are made in advance. Reservations are paid in full prior to arrival;guests cannot pay cash upon arrival.
Check In: WINTER: Guaranteed by 6:00 PM. If your unit is ready earlier you can check in earlier. During holidays and peak time periods, early check-in is very unlikely.
SPRING/SUMMER/FALL: Check-in is usually no later than 4:30pm, earlier if your unit is ready. During peak time periods, early check-in is very unlikely.
YEAR-ROUND: 24-hour front desk service. If you plan to check in after midnight, please notify Mount Snow Central Reservations in advance.

Pets: Pets are not permitted in the Grand Summit Hotel.
Other: WINTER POLICIES: Breakfast is available in either Harriman's Restaurant or the Grand Country Deli, depending on business levels. Harriman's Farm-to-Table Restaurant will re-open on Friday, May 24, 2013, open Thursday-Sunday nights. The outdoor heated pool and hot tubs are open daily 9am-9pm. The Health Club is open daily 6am-9pm. Hours of operation are subject to change. Skis and snowboards are not permitted in the rooms/units. There is a complimentary ski/snowboard check room; inquire with Valet staff upon arrival. Lift ticket deliveries are made to this property, if skiing/riding the day after lodging arrival. If skiing/riding day of arrival, all guests can pick up tickets at any open ticket window at Mount Snow.
YEAR-ROUND POLICIES: A credit (or debit) card will need to be presented at check-in. This card will be subject to daily authorization and debiting by your banking facility for estimated incidental expenses during your stay at the Mount Snow Resort. We do not recommend using a debit card. Once authorized, your financial institution may hold funds as ‘pending' for up to 30 days after your departure.
