Property Description:
Rentals Only offers fantastic rates on a large selection of properties in the Mount Snow Area. Rentals Only offers short term and long term rentals. Whether you are looking for a secluded home in the woods, a Mount Snow slopeside condominium or a townhome on a golf course, Rentals only has a wide selection. Vacation Rentals are by the weekend, week, month or winter season.

Cancellation: WINTER POLICY: (NOVEMBER-APRIL) If notice of cancellation is received 8 days or more prior to the arrival date, the $30 non-refundable booking deposit and the 25% non-refundable deposit are forfeited. If notice of cancellation is received 0-7 days prior to arrival or the guest is a no show, there is no refund. No refunds on late arrivals, early departures OR due to weather or snow conditions. Mount Snow does have a Snow Guarantee.

SUMMER POLICY: (MAY-OCTOBER) If notice of cancellation is received 8 days or more prior to the arrival date, the $30 non-refundable booking deposit is forfeited. If notice of cancellation is received 3-7 days prior to the arrival date, the $30 non-refundable booking deposit and the 25% deposit are forfeited. If notification of cancellation is received 2 days or less prior to arrival, or if the guest is a no-show there is no refund. No refunds on late arrivals, early departures OR due to weather conditions.

YEAR ROUND: Changes: A change of lodging facility constitutes a cancellation to the first property and the appropriate cancellation penalty will apply. Changes to activities, such as lift tickets, including changes to quantity or start date must be done 48 or more prior to arrival.




Deposit: A $30 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. A deposit equal to 25% of the reservation total is due and automatically charged 7 days after the booking (non-refundable in winter; November-April). The balance of the reservation is due 21 days prior to the arrival date. If the guest is booking 21 days or less prior to the arrival date, the full amount of the reservation is due at the time of the booking. Mount Snow Central Reservations will charge the appropriate amount on the due date, unless other arrangements are made in advance.

Check In: Front Desk hours: 9am-5pm, 7 days a week in the Winter and 9am-3pm, 7 days a week in the Summer/Fall.

Check Out: 10:00 AM; Late check out requests based on availability and must be preauthorized by Rentals Only.


Pets: No pets are permitted in any house/condo through Rentals Only.

Other: WINTER POLICIES: Guests must purchase rental damage insurance through Travel Guard, for $45 ($69 if bringing a pet/pet friendly units only). Rentals Only requests that ALL guests sign a rental contract shortly after booking/at the time of booking. Guests can contact Rentals Only, be transferred at the time of booking or Rentals Only will be contacting them. Guests must be adults over the age of 25 or families with children. Unit is clean with linens and towels upon arrival. No daily housekeeping services are included in the rental. Unit will be cleaned after departure, but tenant must remove trash, lock windows and start dishwasher. For Maid Service, contact Rentals Only, $25 per hour. There are no lift ticket deliveries to this property. All guests with lift tickets can pick them up at any open ticket window at Mount Snow. Most condo units have lockers for ski storage.

Children: Children of any age are permitted in Rentals Only units.
