Looking for more of a private getaway? Choose from one of our intimate condominium villages at or near the base of Mount Snow. Each offers home-away-from-home amenities that may include hot tubs, saunas, indoor pools, game rooms and exercise equipment. Ski-in/out units are available and all of our condominiums are serviced by a free shuttle system. Use of the Grand Summit Hotel health club and outdoor pool & hot tubs are included in most rentals through Mount Snow Condos.

To book a reservation and use a Mount Snow Gift Card as your form of payment, please call Mount Snow Central Reservations (as opposed to booking on line). Gift Cards can only be redeemed for lodging when staying at the Grand Summit Hotel, Snow Lake Lodge and Mount Snow Condominiums.
Deer Creek Condominiums
Located on Handle Road in the base area, walk to Sundance or Carinthia base lodges. Fireplaces, cable TV with remote, VCRs, washers & dryers, full kitchens with dishwashers & microwaves, use of Snow Lake Lodge’s sauna, outdoor hot tub.
Glen Run Condominiums
Located adjacent to the Carinthia base area and base lodge. Include fireplaces, cable TV with remote, VCRs, full kitchens with dishwashers & microwave ovens, some units with washers & dryers.
Greenspring
Located across Route 100 from Mount Snow with a private shuttle to the lifts. Amenity Center includes an indoor heated pool, hot tub, saunas, locker rooms, gym with treadmills, stairmaster, free weights and more, lounge area with TV , fireplace and wireless internet access. Units are nicely decorated and have full kitchens, fireplaces, TVs, most with nice views of Mount Snow.
Mountaineer Townhomes
Located at the base of Mount Snow, near the Sundance and Carinthia base lodges. Units have 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, dining area, living room with fireplace, TV, telephone. There are no on-site amenities, but guests can use the amenities at the Grand Summit Hotel at no additional charge. Shuttle service to lifts with a limited schedule.
Seasons Condominiums
Located trailside, walk to the trail or ski-in/ski-out. Fireplaces, washers & dryers, cable TV with remote, VCRs, full kitchens with dishwashers & microwave ovens, complex amenities, including 2 saunas , 2 jacuzzis and a Sports Center with an indoor pool.
Snow Mountain Village Condominiums
Located in the base area, shuttle to the main base area lifts. Fireplaces, cable TV with remote, VCRs, full kitchens with dishwashers & microwave ovens, some units with washers & dryers, complex amenities, indoor pool, sauna and hot tub.
Snow Tree Condominiums
Located in the base area, walk to the lower lifts or shuttle to main base area lifts. Full kitchens with microwave ovens, cable TV with remote, VCRs, most units have dishwashers, most units have fireplaces, sauna, hot tub and exercise equipment.
Suntec Townhomes
Suntec is located less than a half mile from Mount Snow in a private residential townhouse community and is on the MOOVer shuttle route. This townhome has 3 bedrooms and a full loft. This property features a private hot tub and sauna. The condo is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, wood fireplace, cable TV and a DVD player.
Timbercreek
Townhome development located across Route 100 from Mount Snow’s main entrance with a shuttle to the slopes. Multi-level units including full kitchens with dishwasher and microwave, fireplace in the living room and washer/dryer. Some units have private sauna. Sugarhouse Health and Raquet club on site with an indoor pool, hot tub, gym, basketball/raquetball court and complimentary trail pass to the cross country/snow shoe trails at Timber Creek. Use of the Grand Summit amenities is not included with the Timber Creek rental.
Bears Crossing
Bears Crossing units are located on Handle Road, less than 1 mile to the closest lift. Units are all 2 bedrooms plus loft. There is a clubhouse on site with a cardio exercise room. There is a heated outdoor pool and tennis court (summer only). The MOOver shuttle service runs winter weekends and holidays (morning and late afternoon, not all day) and there is a ski home trail. Guests of Bears Crossing, when booked through Mount Snow Condominiums can use the gym, outdoor heated pool and outdoor hot tubs at the Grand Summit Hotel.
Snow Vidda Townhomes
Just a short walk to the slopes, this new development allows you to enjoy every benefit the resort has to offer. Units are 3 level, 3 bedroom post & beam townhomes which have a bedroom, full bath and living space on each level. Custom painting, stainless steel appliances, granite in kitchen and bathrooms, hardwood floors, floor to ceiling stone fireplace and radiant heat make these townhomes the perfect getaway.
