Managing the front of the house daily operations of a 100-seat fine dining restaurant, dinner service primarily, including the selection, development and performance management of employees. In addition, oversee the inventory and ordering supplies, optimize profits and ensure that customers are satisfied with their dining experience. Excellent guest service skills, previous restaurant supervisory experience and computer experience required. When needed will assist other areas of the department, the hotel and potentially the resort. This position is Full Time Year Round and is anticipated to begin the end of April.

* Proven ability to lead
* Ability to work within a set budget
* Lead/coordinate OEC and all Patrol specific trainings
* Supervise accident investigation program, lift evac, medical emergencies, on hill safety operations and act as incident commander
* Work well with community and other professional organizations on behalf of Mount Snow
* 5+ years of patrol experience
* Solid understanding of ski resort operations and ability embrace the team work concept.

Department: Child CareJob Title: Camp Counselor
Looking for adventurous staff with enthusiasm for children and the outdoors. Expect to be hiking, biking, swimming and exploring Mount Snow on a daily basis. Staff will be expected to work together to create a hands on curriculum and experience for children ages 5-12. Lead counselors and assistant counselors needed. Qualifications: Lead Counselor - CDA, Associates Degree in Early Childhood or Human/Child Development, or one year of successful experience working with children and one higher education course successfully completed in Early Childhood Edu or Human/Child Development; Assistant Counselor - must be at least 18 years old and must have successfully completed within one year of the beginning of employment one course in child development. Lifeguard certification desired.

Outdoor Exploration Camp is looking for a lifeguard to join our camp and aquatics team! The lifeguard will be responsible for enforcing safety and responsibility during our camp and childcare aquatics programs. Other responsibilities include monitoring pool use, enforcing pool rules, performing water rescues, administering first aid as needed, assisting swim lessons for children ages 3-12 and assisting in camp activities when needed. Lifeguard Qualifications: At least 18 years of age, and must possess First Aid, CPR and lifeguard certifications from ARC, YMCA, BSA, Ellis and Associates or other nationally recognized organizations providing equivalent training. WSI certification desired.

This position will oversee the development and day-to-day organization of the Outdoor Exploration Camp’s aquatic program which includes planning, scheduling and implementing age appropriate activities and lessons while keeping track of participants and their progress. Supervisor is responsible for providing a safe, clean, fun environment for the participants. Previous supervisory experience preferred. Aquatic Supervisor must love kids, be at least 18 years of age, and must possess a First Aid, CPR, WSI and lifeguard certification from ARC, YMCA, BSA, Ellis and Associates or other nationally recognized organizations providing equivalent training. Position is full time seasonal and begins the middle of June.

Assist with planning and program development. Must be able to continuously lift 10 to 60 lbs. Must enjoy and be enthusiastic about kids and the outdoors. This position is Full Time Seasonal and generally works Monday through Friday.
