The Mount Snow Ski and Snowboard School is always on the lookout for passionate, responsible individuals who would LOVE to share their Ski and / or Snowboarding addiction with our guests. Applicants must be able to and excited about being outside in all types of weather and driven to provide our learning programs participants with the best experience possible.

Job Title: Program Supervisor Mountain Camp/Mountain Riders (kids 7-14)
Join our very busy children’s ski and ride program as a supervisor and gain experience in managing a fast paced environment. Supervisors will oversee lesson assignments, check classes and coordinate all the behind the scenes organizational work that make this program one of the best in the country. Preference will be given to applicants with a minimum of three years teaching experience and / or level 2 certification from PSIA or AASI, however others with similar experience may be considered. Weekend and Holiday availability is a must. (Full-time, Winter Seasonal)
Job Title: Program Supervisor Snow Camp (kids 4-6)
– Possibly some of the most fun to be had on the mountain! We are looking for a supervisor to become a key player in our children’s skiing program for kids ages 4-6. Duties include setting up the teaching area, assigning and checking classes, assisting with program administration as assigned by the program manager. The right candidate will have experience working with kids and preference will be given to those with ski teaching experience and certification from PSIA. Weekend and Holiday availability is a must. (Full-Time, Winter Seasonal)
Job Title: Program Supervisor Adult Groups and Private Lessons
A great entry level position for getting into ski school management, this position offers an opportunity to gain experience with a variety of programs and customers. Duties include assigning and checking Adult Group lessons for skiing and snowboarding, setting up the teaching area on a daily basis and supporting the teaching staff in daily administrative functions. Experience with teaching skiing and / or snowboarding is required, Certification with PSIA or AASI is a plus. Good organization skills and time management is key to success in this role. Weekend and Holiday availability is a must. (Full-Time, Winter Seasonal)
Job Title: Supervisor Ski School Reservations Office
Work with all the Skiing Services Programs and be part of a great team. Supervise and participate in a very interactive environment, lead a staff of up to 4 operators taking calls in our reservations office. Give support to all reservations for all ski & snowboard programs and ensuring all information and bookings are accurate. Work closely with the tickets and Reservations manager, interact daily with our resort guests, both on the phone and in –person. The right candidate will be Level-headed, detail oriented and have experience with computers. Previous call center, or similar work environments are a plus with an emphasis on customer service. Weekend and Holiday availability is a must. (Full-Time, Winter Seasonal)
Job Title: Ski & Snowboard School Tickets and Reservations Agents
Be part of a fast paced environment working with our Ski & Snowboard School guests both on the phone taking and entering reservations for all of our programs and face to face delivering tickets or working at one of our ticket sales locations. Weekend and Holiday availability is a plus but schedules are somewhat flexible. A personable demeanor and good guest service skills, being good on the phone and experience with computers a must. Full time and part-time positions available.
This is a Winter seasonal position.
