Fantastic Valentines Day Ceremony!! My wife Judy and I were married at the summit last year and came back this year to do it again. Wonderful idea , your event planners and helpers did an awesome job . Looking forward to next year. AND THE SKIING WAS AWESOME.

I suppose, but i peaked at about 1pm and the rope was still up, so im not sure when they opened it. The rope was up on the dippers all day too, even though it says its open on the report.

Hi Dennis, the Snow Show only ran on Weekends so I’m not sure how it would have helped you on a Tuesday! We think with the website, our new mobile app, facebook/social messaging, snow reporting tv’s in the lodges as well as daily email snow reports that we get the message out there. It was a shame for us to lose Outside TV, but it was out of our control. In this current climate, it’s unlikely that another TV station would want to create a satellite station at Mount Snow solely for the purpose of doing a weekend snow show, but if anybody is interested, I’m sure we’d consider it!

I was finally able to make it up to Mt. Snow this week, and I noticed that there is no longer a production of the Morning Show and the Snow and Lift Report on the local (Duncan) cable stattion. I know that there is no longer a contract with Outdoor Network, but why can’t you folks affiliate with another channel to producew this report. Surely you can’t believe that everyone who goes skiing can get on a computer or has access via a phone service to see the early morning report. It is always helpful for planning and would hae been extremely helpful this past Tuesday(2/12/13) when only two lifts were open!

Thank you sooooo much for posting this story on your blog. We feel so lucky that you and the news anchor Vanessa were nearby- we had no idea. We will keep this story forever! We are also very happy that we finally got to meet Kelly from the Mount Snow blog!
