Sorry it took me a while to reply but I had to eat my way across the resort in search of BBQ sauce. I don't know about the days when you were here but I can assure you that each base lodge now has BBQ sauce at the condiment station (not beside the chicken fingers!) Enjoy!

AM Express starts tomorrow at 7:30 am. We have had it posted in our online snow reporting page since November - I apologize that you missed it. You will not see that problem with food in the future. Big food deliveries are done by cat at night. Small items are taken up the chair before it opens or the staff will ride the Grand Summit Express or they will wait for the first chair crowd to go up. I apologize for that.

One other thought -------- cold sushi replaces hot coffee and hot chocolate in the prime spot in the base lodge? I love sushi but not coming in off the trail with ice on my lips and frozen toes.... It may work in March but I saw a grand total of about 4 people in that prime real estate over the Christmas break... Bring back something warm in that slot please??? Another waffle house ?? Dunkin Donut shop? ......

The skiing was fabulous over the New Years Holiday and you guys did a great job handling the massive amount of people. Just one quick thought from a long time passholder ---- I thought passholders could get on the lifts earlier on Saturdays for a half hour prior to the lifts opening for all others?

Saturday the 29th I stood for 35 minutes and watched a line of people load up the BlueBird lift with food for the top of the mountain?? Cant that be done earlier ------ or on the Summit Express --- or up the hill by a Cat or anything? The Bluebird was the only lift to the top open and I was one of about 100 passholders who stood there watching the lift get loaded and then sat on the lift as the employees and food was emptied chair by chair..

Either have both lifts to the top open or bring the food up to the top some other way???

I've been up to Mount Snow twice already this winter (including the dump after Christmas!) and hope for several more trips this winter.
I want to thank you guys for making the switch over to Coke in the lodge for your soda vendor! But I have to ask, what happened to the BBQ sauce in the main lodge? I always get chicken fingers and fries for lunch, but it just isn't the same without the BBQ!
