Dover, Vt. (October 23, 2013) – Mount Snow, Vermont’s closest major mountain resort to the East’s bustling metropolitan areas, is happy to announce a variety of ways for snowsports enthusiasts to save money on lift tickets and lodging packages for this winter.
New eStore – New this winter, Mount Snow is rolling out a brand new ecommerce online store where advance purchase lift tickets will be available at the lowest prices anywhere, guaranteed. Limited quantities of lift tickets for most days this winter can be found at discounts of up to 63% off the window rate. Tickets must be purchased at least 24 hours in advance.
Ski and Stay – Packaging lodging with lift tickets is one of the best ways to save, especially on midweek visits. Mount Snow offers ski and stay packages all season long with per person rates starting at $69 for a night of lodging and a lift ticket. Based on double occupancy.
Room’s On Us – Midweek is a great time to ski because not only is there less people at the mountain, but the deals to enjoy it are that much better. Any night midweek, non-holiday during peak ski season guests can take advantage of the Room’s On Us package which includes a lift ticket and a night of lodging at Snow Lake Lodge for $75 per person, which is the price of a regular midweek ticket. Based on double occupancy.
Founders Day, December 12, 2013 – Mount Snow celebrates its birthday by offering a limited quantity of $12 lift tickets when purchased in advance online, a historical museum display and free birthday cake.
Youth Pay Their Age Day, January 5, 2014 – This annual event is great for families with kids ages 6 to 18 because they literally pay their age for a lift ticket at the ticket window; so a 14-year-old’s lift ticket is just $14, etc.
Valentine’s Day, February 14, 2014 – Mount Snow offers couples, or anyone else for that matter, a day on the mountain for less with two lift tickets for $49 when purchased in advance online. Love birds can renew their vows, or tie the knot for the first time, by taking part in Cloud Nine Nuptials – a free ceremony conducted by a local justice of the peace at the summit of Mount Snow, followed by a reception with cake and coffee in the Summit Lodge.
St. Patrick’s Day, March 17, 2014 – Everyone’s Irish at Mount Snow on St. Paddy’s Day with $17 advance purchase lift tickets, green eggs and kegs in the morning and live music all day. Part of the new Sham Rock Weekend which will feature three days of shenanigans in the name of St. Patrick’s Day.
