Mountain Camp is for skiers, Mountain Riders is for snowboarders
Lesson does not include Lift Ticket or Rentals. Your kids want to have fun! More than just children’s lessons, our Mountain Camp (skiing) and Mountain Riders (snowboarding) programs are designed with fun in mind. Whether they’re just beginning or already tearing it up all over the mountain, they’ll laugh their way through a great day of learning and discovery. Our instructors group kids of similar ability before hitting the mountain for a day of fun-filled learning. This program offers full day and half day sessions.

Mountain Camp / Mountain Riders Season Pass
Allows you to book as many days as you wish throughout the season for one flat rate. Once purchased, simply fill out a calendar (link provided below) and we will reserve your spot. Once submitted you can add additional dates by calling our reservation department at least 24 hours prior to lesson start times.

Terrain Park LessonsOffered on most weekends and Holidays, for our more advanced skiers and riders, we offer Terrain Park lessons. We’ll cover the basics to learning more advanced tricks, with a focus on park etiquette and safety. Please inquire at the Big Dipper, 15 minutes prior to meeting times, for availability and to sign into the group. Kids going into these advanced classes are required to wear helmets. |

Checking In:
Please fill out this form and bring it with you on your first day of lessons for the 2012-13 season
• Mountain Camp/Riders registration/check-in and ticket pick up is located in the lower level of the Discovery Center.
• Registration/check-in begins at 7:30am on Saturday, Sunday and Holidays and 8:30am Monday – Friday.
• At time of registration, you will be required to fill out a registration form for your child with medical and emergency information. This will be kept on file for the season. Placing your cell phone (or emergency) numbers in your child’s pocket is an excellent way for them to give this information to us if the need arises.
• Allow extra time to complete forms, pick up lift and lesson tickets, try on rentals and get your child settled. Busy weekends and holidays can be hectic. Avoid lines by arriving early!
• Children are placed in groups at 9:15am for lessons starting at 9:30 at the Big Dipper Building. Children are placed in groups at 1:15pm for afternoon lessons starting at 1:30pm. Please be on time, late arrivals will miss their lesson!
Cancellation Policy:
We require full payment at time of booking. If you cancel more than 72 hours in advance (from the lesson start time) you can receive a refund minus a $25 booking fee per guest, per day canceled. If you need to cancel within 72 hours from the start time of the lesson, there is no refund but you may receive a voucher good for another day of ski school, which is good for one calendar year.
Please note: The Mount Snow Ski & Snowboard School programs operate every day the mountain is open; even when it’s cold, windy, rainy or snowy. If you wish to cancel for any of those reasons, you may, but you must cancel according to the instructions below.

Cancelling Reservations:
There are 3 ways to cancel your ski school reservation, at least one of which must be done exactly as stated below prior to the lesson start time in order to receive a voucher for the cancelled lesson:

· Email skischool@mountsnow.com
· Call 802-464-1100 ext 4717 and leave a message
To cancel by phone or email, please include the following information, otherwise your cancellation will not be processed:
1. The name of the student taking lesson
2. Program they were signed up for
3. The date you want to cancel
4. A number at which we can call you back
Using Vouchers from last year:
If you have a voucher from last year that you would like to use towards a new reservation, please give our reservation office a call at 800-889-4411. We will need you to provide us with the voucher codes at the time of booking and then mail the vouchers to us prior to the lesson date. If you are unable to provide these things you may book your reservation, pay in full, then bring your voucher with you and we can refund your money once we have been handed the voucher.
