Our staff here at Mount Snow is eager to answer any question you may have about our resort, the local community and the conditions we have to offer. Ambassadors, the crew with the Yellow and Blue jackets, are here to help you find your way.

Guest Services is located in the Clocktower Building and an information booth in the Main Base Lodge is staffed weekends and holidays.

What are your holiday dates for the 2011/2012 season?

2011-12 Holidays: Christmas / New Years: 12/24/11 – 1/1/12; MLK Weekend: 1/14/12 – 1/16/12; Presidents Week: 2/18/12 – 2/24/12

What are your hours of operation?
We offer lift service from 9am – 4pm on weekdays and 8am-4pm on weekends and holidays. Hours occasionally have been extended in the spring if weather permits.

Where can I purchase lift tickets?
You can purchase lift tickets at numerous locations. The Clocktower in the Main Base area is our main ticket booth with up to 10 windows open at at time. The Toll House atop the tubing hill is open during busy holiday and weekends. Carinthia Base Lodge has 5 ticket windows and Sundance Base Lodge has a ticket booth inside when it is open on weekend and holidays. Those staying at the Grand Summit Hotel can purchase lift tickets at the front desk as well.

Can I purchase lift tickets in advance?
Yes you can! E-Tickets are available for purchase 48-hours in advance. They are 5% off face value! We also do next day ticket sales at the Clocktower ticket booths Friday and Saturday evenings after 3:30pm.

Do you offer different rates based on age?
Yes. Adults are 19-64. Youth and Seniors are 6-18 years old and 65+ guests. 5 & under children always ski free at Mount Snow. Find all our lift ticket rates here.

What’s a Snow Guarantee?
If you buy a regular price full-day or multi-day lift ticket and are dissatisfied with snow conditions after taking at least ONE RUN within ONE HOUR of the purchase of your full-day or multi-day ticket, you may exchange it for a voucher of comparable value entitling you to a return visit any day Mount Snow any day within 1 year from the voucher’s date of issue. Snow Guarantee vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable and carry no cash value. Vouchers will not be extended. On subsequent days of your multi-day lift ticket package, you must take at least ONE RUN and may request your voucher anytime prior to 10 am. Our Snow Guarantee is a guarantee of snow conditions only and will be NOT be issued due to weather conditions.

Do you offer tickets that are not for the full day or for the entire mountain?
Yes we offer both actually. We offer an afternoon ticket valid from 12 – 4pm. We also offer a lower mountain lift ticket which allows you to ski or ride on our lower mountain lifts depicted by pink lifts on our trail map. The lower mountain lift ticket gives you access to Ski Baba, Tumbleweed Triple, Seasons Double and the Discovery Shuttle Triple.

Do you offer multi-day lift tickets?
Yes we offer multi-day lift tickets for all ages. Multi-day tickets are available online and at our ticket windows. If you purchase a one day lift ticket you can upgrade to a mutli-day ticket at the Clocktower. Also, multi-day tickets are available in advance online:

Do you offer group discounts?
Yes we offer group rate lift tickets. A minimum of 15 guests must purchase lift tickets to qualify for the group rates. For every 15 tickets purchased, the 16th ticket of equal or lesser value will be complimentary. A group may consist of any combination of Adult or Youth/Senior tickets. OUR MOUNTAIN AND SERVICES

Does Mount Snow have terrain parks?
Mount Snow has the largest terrain park system in the Northeast at Carinthia with just under 100 acres of parks and two pipes. In 2009/2010 Carinthia was been named the top terrain park by Transworld Snowboarding, SKIING Magazine, and SKI Magazine. For more information visit the Carinthia Parks website.

Does Mount Snow have slopeside lodging available?
Absolutely. We offer slopeside lodging at the Grand Summit Hotel and through Seasons Condos. Our Central Reservations staff can set you up at either or one of the over 10,000 beds in the Deerfield Valley and surrounding areas. Just give them a call at 800-245-SNOW and one of our specialists will assist you.

Does Mount Snow offer rentals?
Mount Snow offers a number of rental locations including the Clocktower and Sundance base lodges. We also offer demo skis out of Mount Snow Sports in the Grand Summit Hotel and the Mount Snow Sports in the Main Base Lodge as well as demo snowboards from Backside Snowboards. We also offer a rental delivery service called Skis on Demand. Our trained staff will deliver and outfit your family in skis, boards, and boots.

Is there a location to store skis/snowboards overnight?
Yes. We offer STOR-A-SKI, daily and overnight storage for skis, poles, and snowboards with unlimited daily access. The Stor-A-Ski facility is located across Main Street from the Cape House.

Is there night skiing?
Mount Snow does not offer night skiing/riding other than select nights at our Grommet Terrain Park at Carinthia.

Are lockers available?
Yes lockers are available on a daily basis in the Clocktower, Sundance and Carinthia Base Lodges. In the Main Base Lodge there is a free bag check available. On weekends and holidays bags are required to be checked to allow for more seating and eating space. If bags are left unattended they may be picked up by our staff and checked at bag check.

Lost and found?
If you’ve lost something don’t fret we have a lost and found at Guest Services in the Clocktower Building. Give us a call at 802-464-1100 x 4373 to see if your belonging has shown up.

Do you offer lessons?
The Mount Snow Ski and Snowboard School has just under 400 active professionals ready to teach you how to make the perfect turn. We offer group lessons, private clinics, adaptive programs, and children’s clinics. Private clinics can be booked at the Cape House while all children and adult group clinics can be booked at the Discovery Center. Reservations stronly suggested. Call 800-889-4411.

Do you offer tours of the mountain?
We do offer mountain tours with our Ambassadors. Depending on you or your groups ability our friendly Mountain Ambassadors will be happy to show you around the mountain. Simply visit the Guest Services desk at the Clocktower and speak with the representative.

Do you offer cross-country skiing?
At Mount Snow we do not but a number of other areas around the valley do. Timber Creek, which is located directly across the street from our North Entrance offers miles of groomed terrain for cross country skiing and snowshoeing. The Hermitage located about 2 miles south of Mount Snow on Handle Road also offers cross country ski trails on there land. Do you offer child care?
Yes we do. Whether they’re just crawling or tearing it up on the slopes, kids ages 6 weeks to 6 years will laugh their way through a day filled with hands on learning and fun. Centrally located in The Clock Tower building of the Main Base Area, Mount Snow Child Care is a welcoming state-licensed facility that provides individual playrooms full of age appropriate activities. Do you offer babysitting services?
Mount Snow does not offer babysitting services but Child Care does have a list of personnel who are available.

Do you offer a discounted lift ticket card?
The FanFare Card is available for $79 and it allows guests to ski or ride at Mount Snow for 50% off midweek lift ticket rates, 25% weekend rates, and 10% off holiday rates.

Do you allow dogs at Mount Snow?
We love animals, but we do NOT allow dogs on Mount Snow property, in the winter or summer.
