WHAT IS THE GOLD PASS?
The new Mount Snow Gold Pass is an unrestricted, fully transferable season pass valid every day during the winter season at Mount Snow. It is perfect for entertaining friends, colleagues or clients because thanks to the full transferability they can skip the ticket window and head directly to the lift.

CAN I SKI OR RIDE AT OTHER PEAK RESORTS?

There is one multi-resort product: the Nor’easter Pass. All other products are valid at Mount Snow only.

A Nor’easter Pass allows you to ski at:
• Mount Snow
• In New Hampshire at Attitash Resort (North Conway Region; Wildcat Mountain Resort (North Conway Region) & Crotched Mountain (Manchester Region)
• In Pennsylvania at Jack Frost and Big Boulder (Pocono Mountains Region)

SIX GREAT MOUNTAINS AND NO BLACKOUT DATES!

WILL THERE BE A COLLEGE SEASON PASS?
NO. We have announced a new “1826 Pass” which includes ages 18-26 for the same cost as the old college pass. It is an unrestricted Mount Snow pass.

ARE THERE ANY INCENTIVES TO BUY MID OTHER THAN THE LOWEST PRICE AVAILABLE?

YES! If you purchase your pass prior to June 2, 2013 you will receive four (4) bonus $50 bring-a-friend lift tickets* loaded on your pass for use during the 2013/2014 season. These can be used for friends or even yourself on blackout days, but not on days that your pass does not normally cover. For example, a midweek pass holder’s bring-a-friend tickets would only be valid midweek, not on weekends.

After June 2, 2013 these bonus days will not be available.

*Not offered with the Sunday Only pass, the 1826 Pass or the Child 5 and Under Pass.

1826 Passes purchased prior to 12/15/13 will receive 2 $40 midweek, non-holiday bring-a-friend bonus passes

ARE THERE ANY OTHER BENEFITS FOR PASSHOLDERS?

In addition to the MID season four (4) bonus $50 lift tickets, passholders will continue to receive:

IF I DON’T HAVE A MOUNT SNOW SEASON PASS NOW CAN I SKI/RIDE THE REST OF THE SEASON IF I PURCHASE MY PASS THIS SPRING?

Yes! If you purchase a pass before the end of our current season you may use the pass and its benefits this season.

If you purchase a 2013/2014 Midweek Season Pass you may use the pass midweek until we close this spring.

Same rules apply to the Sunday only and Midweek+ passes. Vernal Eternal passes allow unrestricted Spring skiing/riding and can be upgraded to any other pass product, but must be done before the end of the season.

Seasonal Lesson Programs are for the 2013 – 2014 winter season only.

IF I BUY A RESORT SPECIFIC PASS AT ANOTHER PEAK RESORT, DO I GET A DISCOUNT AT MOUNT SNOW?

No. If you plan to ski at several resorts, the Nor’Easter is your best bet.

HOW DOES MOUNT SNOW DETERMINE THE APPROPRIATE AGE CATEGORY FOR PASS PURCHASES?

Age is determined by the age of the guest the day they purchase the pass.

CAN I USE THE SAME PHOTO, OR EMAIL A PHOTO, SO THAT MY PASS CAN BE MAILED TO ME?

Yes and no. Those over the age of 18 may use their current pass photo. Those 18 & under MUST SUBMIT A NEW PHOTO or have one taken at the Clocktower. Anyone wishing to update their photo can also submit a photo or have a new one taken. Photos can be emailed to: seasonpassphotos@mountsnow.com

IF I’M A NEW PASS HOLDER FOR THE 2013/2014 SEASON, HOW WILL I GET MY PASS?

If you are a new pass holder, you can email a photo (see photo requirements below) to seasonpassphotos@mountsnow.com so we can upload your photo and mail you your pass.

Please include your first and last name, date of birth and current mailing address in the email. You’ll need to complete theExpress Acceptance of Risks, and return to the Season Pass Office (see contact information above) before we issue you your pass.

WHAT ARE THE PHOTO REQUIREMENTS, IF WE DECIDE TO EMAIL YOU OUR PHOTO?

Photo should be current (taken within the last six months), showing most up to date appearance. Photo has to be full face, front view with a plain background – no other items should be in photo. A .jpeg file is the preferred image file format.

Anyone wishing to update their photo can also submit a photo or have a new one taken. Photos can be emailed to: seasonpassphotos@mountsnow.com

WHAT IS YOUR EXPECTED CLOSING DATE?

We do not have a set closing date this year, nor will we for next year. It is our intention to open as MID as we can provide a product we are proud of, and to stay open as long as conditions and business levels warrant.

CAN I LOAD MONEY ONTO MY SEASON PASS?

Yes you can!

Load money on your pass and it can be used at any Mount Snow point of sale, like retail and F&B. You can also load money onto your childrens’ passes. Bring your season pass to the office in the Clocktower, with whatever method of payment you wish to use and we can load, re-load or move money from last season’s pass to this season.
Please remember we need the physical passes.

WHAT ARE THE DEADLINES FOR PURCHASING PASSES?

The best price is available prior to June 2, 2013. The price goes up June 3rd by $150 across all our pass products and then another $150 to the final tier price on October 8, 2013.

CAN I USE MY SEASON PASS THIS SUMMER?

Yes, you can use your 12/13 or 13/14 pass this summer for foot passenger scenic chairlift rides.

THE CLOCKTOWER SEASON PASS OFFICE IS AVAILABLE WHEN?

Our office in the Clocktower is open until the mountain closes. Office will be closed mid-April through mid-October.

Note: Open Labor Day Weekend during our annual Brewers Festival.

We open midweek from Columbus Day weekend (October 6, 2013) through the winter season. During the summer months you can go to Mount Snow Sports at the Grand Summit Hotel to purchase your pass, have your photo taken. Beginning October 10 until we open for the 2013-14 season, open 10am – 4pm seven days a week. From the opening day of the 2013-14 season, the office hours are 8:30am – 4pm Monday through Friday non-holiday and 7:30am – 4pm Saturday, Sunday and holidays.

WILL YOU OFFER A PAYMENT PLAN THIS YEAR?

YES! The payment plan will apply to lift season passes, seasonal learning programs, parking passes and seasonal tunes at the Grind. The Payment Plan will have a $25 service charge per lift pass; other details will be available soon.

WHEN WILL THE PAYMENT PLAN BE OFFERED?

We will have the details for our payment plan out very shortly, please bear with us.

HOW WILL THE PAYMENT PLAN WORK?

Payments will be spread out over at least 3 months, to be completed by September.

DO I GET ANY PERKS IF I USE THE PAYMENT PLAN?

By using the payment plan you receive 2 $50 Bring-a-Friend tickets for lift passes and 1 $39.00 Bring-a-Friend Youth ticket for seasonal learning programs.

WHEN DO SEASONAL LOCKERS GO ON SALE?

We listened to you when you asked for an upgraded locker room at the passholder Q&A. We are finishing up some homework to see if we can afford the capital investment to upgrade at least one side of the locker room this summer. More details to come. Thank you for being patient.

WHAT IS THE UPHILL TRAVEL PASS?

During the winter operating season, guests wishing to access the Mount Snow trail system through hiking, snow shoeing, or skinning may do so after purchasing an “Uphill Travel” pass or be in possession of a valid season’s pass with a complimentary “Uphill Travel” endorsement. Guests are permitted to hike, snow shoe, or skin from dawn to dusk only. Guests engaging in uphill travel are encouraged to check a snow report before leaving the base area to become informed of closed terrain or trails and to be made aware of any snowmaking, events, or other operations which may be in progress. This complimentary pass is available to any season pass-holder for the winter season their pass is valid. Stop by the Season Pass Office in the Clocktower to get yours.

WHAT IF I LOSE MY PASS?

If you have lost your pass, please contact Season Pass Office via email at seasonpassphotos@mountsnow.com or call 802-464-4033 immediately. Please include your first and last name, date of birth and current mailing address in the email or on the phone message. We will block your old pass and the next time you visit, we can print you a new pass. The first time your pass is lost, the replacement is free. Any time after that it is a $60.00 fee per occurrence.

WHAT IF I FORGET MY PASS?

Visit Guest Services in the Clocktower Building. You will be given a lift ticket for the day and your Season Pass will be blocked for that day.

I HEARD OF A PASSHOLDER WHO LOANED HIS PASS TO A FRIEND AND GOT CAUGHT. WHAT HAPPENS IN A SITUATION LIKE THAT?

Passes other than the Gold Pass are not transferable. This would be considered “theft of services.” The person who loaned the pass will lose all pass privileges. The person using the pass will pay an administrative fee & the cost of a lift ticket that day.
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR PASS AT ALL TIMES!

WHAT IS THE PENALTY FOR VANDALIZING A BUBBLE ON THE BLUEBIRD EXPRESS?
There is a mandatory $3000 fine to replace the bubble, and most likely a lifetime ban from Mount Snow. Please respect the bubble!
