WHAT ARE THE BLACKOUT DATES FOR THE MIDWEEK PASS?
Saturday & Sundays
Christmas Week – Dec 26-31, 2014
Monday, February 16, 2015
WHY DID THE PRICE OF THE MIDWEEK PASS GO DOWN?
The price decreased because we are blending the rate of the Midweek Adult and Midweek Senior. Next year there will be one Midweek Pass for all ages. Thus, the adult rate went down and the senior rate went up. If you are an existing senior passholder you will receive the renewal rate of $299, the same rate as last year.
IS THE MIDWEEK+ PASS AVAILABLE THIS YEAR?
The pass in question is valid midweek and Sunday’s, non-holiday. We have eliminated this product because very few people purchase it. At a price difference of only $50 between the Midweek+ and the Classic most people see the value in the Classic Pass and upgrade. If you purchased a Midweek+ Pass for the 2013-14 season,we will sell you a Classic Pass at the price you paid last year for your Midweek+ Pass – $549. This transition pricing is being offered for one year only. If you would like to purchase a Nor’Easter, or another pass, instead of the Classic, you will receive the published renewal rate for that pass.
IS THE MIDWEEK+ (Youth/Senior) PASS AVAILABLE THIS YEAR?
The pass in question is valid midweek and Sunday’s, non-holiday. We have eliminated this product because very few people purchase it. Based on forecasted pricing for the Senior Midweek next year, for about $250 more, you will be able to upgrade to a Classic Pass an excellent value if you ski weekends. If you purchased a Midweek Senior + Pass for the 2013-14 season, we will sell you a Classic Pass at the price you paid last year for your Midweek SR+ Pass – $299. This is a great value but please understand that the transition pricing is being offered for one year only. If you would like to purchase a Nor’Easter, or another pass, instead of the Classic, you will receive the published renewal rate for that pass.
IF I’M A NEW PASS HOLDER FOR THE 2014/2015 SEASON, HOW WILL I GET MY PASS?
If you are a new passholder, you can go to the Season Pass Office in the Clocktower building to get your pass and then you can go skiing! You can also email a photo (see photo requirements below) to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can upload your photo and mail you your pass.
Please include your first and last name, date of birth and current mailing address in the email. Youll need to complete the Express Acceptance of Risks, and return to the Season Pass Office (see contact information above) before we issue you your pass.
CAN I USE THE SAME PHOTO, OR EMAIL A PHOTO, SO THAT MY PASS CAN BE MAILED TO ME?

Anyone wishing to update their photo can also submit a photo or have a new one taken. Photos can be emailed to:firstname.lastname@example.org

CAN I USE THE PAYMENT PLAN TO PAY FOR SEASONAL PROGRAMS?
CAN I SKI OR RIDE AT OTHER PEAK RESORTS?

IF I BUY A RESORT SPECIFIC PASS AT ANOTHER PEAK RESORT, DO I GET A DISCOUNT AT MOUNT SNOW? IF I DONT PURCHASE THE NOREASTER BUT I HAVE ANOTHER MOUNT SNOW PASS, LIKE THE CLASSIC, DO I GET A DISCOUNT AT OTHER PEAK RESORTS?
Yes, a passholder from any Peak Resort can get a complimentary FanFare Card. For example, a Mount Snow season passholder could go to Wildcat and present their Mount Snow season pass and be eligible for the Vertical Value discount of 50% midweek, 25% weekend and 10% holiday. Similarly, a Crotched Mountain passholder could visit Mount Snow and receive the Fan Fare discount (same discounts as above.) And Live Ski and Ride college passholders from Attitash, Wildcat and Crotched Mountain could go to Jack Frost/Big Boulder and receive their frequent skier card discount.
2013/2014 and 2014/2015 passholders at all Peak resorts outside of New England can ski for free at Mount Snow, Vermont starting March 1 through the end of the 2013/2014 winter season when lodging at a Mount Snow managed property is booked through the resort’s Central Reservations. With each valid season pass, guests will receive a lift ticket upon check-in good for the number of days they are lodging at Mount Snow. 2014/2015 passholders at all Peak resorts outside of New England are eligible for the same promotion starting March 1, 2015 as well. Simply call 800-451-0311 to book your stay and let the representative know which Peak Resort you are visiting from and make sure you bring your home passes with you.
HOW COME PEAK’S NH RESORTS OFFER A GRANITE PASS (valid at Crotched, Wildcat and Attitash) THAT IS THE SAME PRICE FOR 6-29 YEAR OLD AND MOUNT SNOW DOES NOT OFFER A SIMILAR PRODUCT?
The NH resorts have always had a lower price point than Mount Snow because they are smaller resorts than Mount Snow. Although we are all owned by Peak Resorts, we operate independently and create products and programs that best fit our individual mountains.
WHEN WILL PREFERRED PARKING PASSES GO ON SALE?
Buy now because prices increase after October 14, 2014. A Preferred Parking pass gives you access to Lot A, behind the Main Base Lodge, on weekends and holidays. Click here to buy.
DID PASS PRICING INCREASE?
If you have a 2013-14 season pass almost all products offer a “no increase” renewal rate as long as you purchase by the EARLY deadline of April 30. That means if you bought a Classic Pass last year, no matter what you paid for it, you get the SAME price as we charged for EARLY deadline last year which was $599. But you have to purchase by April 30. If you wait until after the EARLY deadline you will pay a higher rate. If you are a new passholder, you will pay a rate slightly higher than last year.
Interestingly, the Nor’easter youth and senior pass prices have not increased in FOUR YEARS. And the Midweek Senior Pass has not increased in FIVE YEARS!
ARE THERE ANY INCENTIVES FOR CURRENT PASSHOLDERS WHO RENEW?
Absolutely! This year we have an existing passholder renewal rate on several of our pass products. To thank you for your patronage, we are holding last years price for you. See the pricing grid. You have to purchase your pass by the April 30th deadline in order to get this special price.
IF I HAVE A PASS AND WANT TO RENEW FOR 2014-15 BUT I AM DOWNGRADING TO A DIFFERENT PASS TYPE, DO I STILL GET THE EXISTING PASSHOLDER RENEWAL RATE?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade. As long as the pass is purchased by April 30, 2014 you get the renewal rate. For instance, if you have a Noreaster and are downgrading to a Classic. Or if you are a Classic and are upgrading to a NorEaster.
DO WE GET A DISCOUNT AT MOUNT SNOW OWNED SKI SHOPS?
Yes, passholders receive a 20% discount on soft goods and 10% discount on hard goods. 1826 and Double Down Passholders receive a 10% discount on soft or hard goods.
WHY DID THE DISCOUNT FOR 1826 and DOUBLE DOWN PASSES DECREASE?
The 20% discount on soft goods was decreased to a 10% discount due to the upfront cost of the pass.
