Beer Pairing Dinners


Join us on the last Friday of each month beginning in June for a fun and unique culinary experience. Each month our Resort Executive Chef, Michael Giorgio, prepares and orchestrates a four-course meal perfectly paired to various beers from different boutique breweries from around the Country. Located conveniently on the ground floor of the Grand Summit Resort Hotel, Harriman’s Farm to Table offers something for everyone: fresh seafood, exciting chef’s creations, traditional favorites and scrumptious daily specials, plus a children’s menu. As part of the Vermont Fresh Network, during the summer months Harriman’s offers Vermont specialty foods including local cheeses, produce, meats, wines, and entrees created using products from local farmers.

Harriman’s Summer hours are Monday – Thursday 4pm – 9pm; Friday – Sunday, 4 p.m. – 10 p.m.

Grand Country Deli


Located next to Mount Snow Sports on the ground floor of the Grand Summit Resort Hotel and just steps away from the Grand Summit Express lift, the Grand Country Deli is a great out-of-the-way spot for breakfast or lunch.

Breakfast options include freshly made omelettes, scrambled eggs, bacon, home fries or a breakfast sandwich in addition to pastries, muffins and bagels. Or you can really start the day out right with one of our famous breakfast burritos.

Lunch selections include made-to-order sandwiches and wraps, a large variety of salads and daily hot specials. Box lunches are available to go. Freshly baked cookies, brownies and other desserts are a great snack! The store offers a wide selection of domestic and micro-brew beers, a wine collection, specialty chocolates, snacks, and Vermont specialty items. Picnic and to go lunches for scenic chairlift rides are our specialty!

The Bullwheel

New this summer, enjoy an elevated dining experience at The Bullwheel located just above 3,600-feet on the second floor of the Summit Lodge. With a great menu featuring artfully crafted sandwiches and finger foods along with a full bar pouring ten different beers on tap, the fare is just as good as the breathtaking views. Be sure to join us on Saturdays through Oktoberfest for live music on the deck from 1 -4 p.m!  Getting there is half the fun because you can choose to hike up one of the many marked trails or take a scenic chairlift ride on the Bluebird Express, which drops you off at the doorstep of The Bullwheel. Enjoy $5 off at The Bullwheel with the purchase of a scenic chair lift ride ticket.  Not valid 10/11-10/12.  Not valid for kids 5 and under

Please Take Notice:

-Scenic Chairlift tickets must be purchased by 4:15 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. Tickets may be purchased inside Mount Snow Sports at the Grand.

-Last chair down from the summit will leave at 5 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.  Please plan accordingly.

-If you have your 2013/2014 Bullwheel Mug Club Mug, please feel free to bring it with you and use it for the Summer season!

-Lift service is weather dependent. Any heavy rain necessitates closing the lift due to National Forest Service regulations. Lightning and thunder necessitate closing the lift. Call 802-464-6640 for more information
