The Mountain Ambassador Program enjoys a well-earned reputation for delivering outstanding service both to guests as well as fellow staff members. The quality and commitment of the people in this program has played and continues to play a powerful role in the development of guest service here at Mount Snow. Thousands of skiers and riders join us here comfortable with the knowledge that they can count on the Mountain Ambassadors to help orovide them with an enjoyable experience.

If you are new to Mount Snow and have never skied here before ask an Ambassador about a Mountain Tour. Take a tour of some of Mount Snow's terrain featuring a number of different loops and lifts that will show you our mountain real quick. Inquire at Guest Services at the Clocktower Building.

The Ambassador team is made up of professional volunteers who are trained throughout the season. They are customer service!!! Mountain Ambassadors provide service in a variety of areas including greeting and providing information to guests, assisting with special events, greeting group tour busses, assisting with guest surveys and comment cards, fielding questions at the Information Booth in the Main Base Lodge and sending the guests off with a smile at the end of the day with a reminder of what's going on the next day. And that's just the beginning!

We assist in educating our guests in the Skiers/Riders Responsibility Code, providing speed control on slow skiing trail, check for frostbite, help with crowd control. The Ambassadors were a key component to security and crowd control at last year's Winter Dew Tour and will be again in February for the WDT Finals - The Toyota Championships. We provide assistance to all guests every day and in every way!

All members must complete 21 days per season, which includes a pre-season orientation. Strong customer service skills are a must. All prospective members will go through an interview, ski test and departmental orientation. Benefits include a season pass, up to 10 discounted lift tickets for family or friends, food discounts in selected eateries, equipment discount and the opportunity to have a great day – every day!
