Last year the Winter Dew Tour rolled into Mount Snow's, Carinthia for the 2nd stop of the inaugural Winter Dew Tour and over 24,000 fans flocked to the biggest snowboarding and skiing event on the East Coast. This summer the Winter Dew Tour announced that Mount Snow was chosen as the home of the FINALS for the Winter Dew Tour: The Toyota Championships - February 4 - 7, 2010.
Entering its second year, the Winter Dew Tour is the winter arm of the world’s premier season-long action sports tour and is a three-stop circuit that features superpipe and slopestyle competitions in both freeskiing and snowboarding. The world’s best winter action sports athletes will converge at Mount Snow Resort for the four-day competition, competing to earn points that go towards a cumulative total in the race for the coveted Dew Cup. In addition to the contests, the Winter Dew Tour will feature a live musical performance on Friday & daily Festival Village with interactive events, athlete autograph signings, games & giveaways.
Coming back to Mount Snow for the second year, the Toyota Championship is the 3rd and FINAL stop on the 2009-10 Winter Dew Tour. This event is FREE to watch and experience with all the competition courses and Festival Village located at the base of Carinthia.
The Dew Tour & Mount Snow have teamed up to bring you a chance to win two athlete autographed snowboards, an athlete signed bib, and Dew Underground Art. $5 tickets are available at various Mount Snow outlets through February 6, 2010 and all the proceeds benefit the Dover Elementary School Playground Project. The Winners will be drawn at the Dew Tour Awards Show at the Snow Barn.
"Mount Snow is thrilled to welcome the Winter Dew Tour back after a first year that exceeded our expectations," said Kelly Pawlak, Mount Snow General Manager. "We are confident that our freestyle terrain parks at Carinthia will furnish athletes with a premier venue, while the Winter Dew Tour helps us to introduce our Carinthia Parks to a very large audience."

Getting Here Insider's Tips:
Carpool
When you get to the Mount Snow Valley, follow the signs for Dew Tour Parking - it is okay if you don't get a spot right at Carinthia - we will have lots of shuttles and the Carinthia parking lot will only be available to Mount Snow/Carinthia staff, Dew Tour & NBC Personnel.
Pack light - the Carinthia base lodge is small compared to the amount of people who will view the event. Expect to spend most of your day outside with your stuff. There is not a secure area to stow your bags.
If you are skiing or riding, park at the Mount Snow base area, get your lift ticket and then ski/ride over to Carinthia.
Get here early - arrive before 9 am for the best parking spots
Dew Tour Myth: It's too crowded to ski. Actually during the Dew Tour you'd barely even know the event was happening if you didn't ski/ride over to Carinthia. The event is so contained that lift lines are just like a normal weekend at Mount Snow. So ski and ride and check out some of the best freestyle competitions in the country all in one weekend!
